The Standard Triathlon swim starts from the Sofitel Resort & Spa beach front, you ride out from Denarau Island toward Nadi  taking in the Fijian countryside, then returning to Denarau Island for the run.

On the bike courses we have professional traffic management, road closures and full Fijian Police support. The roads are all hot mix with a fast, flat and scenic ride that athletes report as a highlight.

Another highlight is racing with local Fijian athletes who love the Tri Fiji event. You will love the comradery of the event, where friendships and great memories are made

Event Info

PRE-EVENT INFORMATION

The Male & Female Competitor Categories are as follows:

  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd – Male & Female
  • Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athenas will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
  • Age as of 31st December 2023
  • Request for withdrawal must be sent via email to our Athlete Services
  • See our Refund & Transfer Policy

TEAMS

ON THE DAY

  • Collection of your timing chips is compulsory for all individuals entrants
  • These can be collected from the Registration Marquee
  • Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
  • Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you.

PRESENTATION & PRIZES

  • Presentation Dinner with entertainment Sunday 2.6.2024
  • All ‘age group’ place getters (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

RACE RESULTS

  • Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page.
  • Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.

LICENCES

  • Triathlon Australia One Day Licence = $22.00 AUD

All athletes staying at the Sofitel, Pullman or Mercure will have FREE access to a bike mechanic to adjust, fix, or build their bikes ahead of race day*
