Flippers will be permitted for this event, but podium medals will not be awarded to these entrants.

PRE-EVENT INFORMATION
The Male & Female Competitor Categories are as follows:
- Age Groups: 12-13, 14-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
- Male, Female & Mixed teams, Clydesdale & Athenas will be recognised on the podium and then we have ‘Race Ya Mate’ which has no podium prizes.
- Age as of 31st December 2019
- The youngest age to enter an individual Super Sprint is 12 years, and to race one leg of a team in the Super Sprint is 10 years – at 31st December 2023

TEAMS

- Collection of your timing chips is compulsory for all individuals entrants
- These can be collected from the Registration Marquee
- Please check the Event Schedule for registration and transition opening times
- Junior athletes please bring your parent or guardian along with you.

RACE RESULTS
- Can be accessed via the Results link at the top of the page.
- Results will be uploaded as soon as possible after the completion of the event.
LICENCES
- Triathlon Australia One Day Licence = $4.50 AUD
All athletes staying at the Sofitel, Pullman or Mercure will have FREE access to a bike mechanic to adjust, fix, or build their bikes ahead of race day*
*Bike mechanic subject to availability
